    Check out syncromsp.com It works wonders for us. You can set up auto ticket rules based on rules so if you get your voicemails via email, you can forward them to synco and it'll generate tickets. It's got everything else you're asking for too including teams, hippa compliance. Pricing is per technician and not per device, so very affordable. It offers a lot for the price.
