We tried lots of different tools (Podium, Birdeye and bunch of others). They are all the same "Can you write us a review?" tools. We tried all kind of solutions to get reviews from DIY in-house stuff to BirdEye.com and Podium and finally settled on starloop.com. They plant a tree for every review which got us more reviews than anything else we tried. Their team had a special program called Reputation Control (not sure if it's still available) which we did.
