After reading your post, I am convinced that you must seek professional help. Even if you canโt define your state, try to make the key points of your state on sticky notes. Then, use those points while describing your state to a professional. In the meantime, I can suggest you some helpful platforms like deepstash. However, I recommend you get some professional help.
