A help centre that writes itself from your code

Your docs are out of date the moment you ship. SupportPages fixes that by treating your shipped code as the source of truth.

Connect your GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps repo and it analyses every merge. When a change affects users, it drafts the help article automatically, organised and ready to review. You write code. SupportPages writes the docs.

Automatic updates on every merge. Connect a repo once and it watches from then on. Merge a pull request, and a finished draft article is waiting in your inbox. Your help centre maintains itself in the background while you build.

Step-by-step guides with automatic screenshots, rendered from your real UI, so every image matches what users actually see. No more manual capturing after each release.

Narrated video walkthroughs on demand. Turn any article into a video: a visible cursor clicks through your UI step by step, with narration, rendered from your real styles. No screen recording, no editing.

You stay in control. Nothing publishes on its own. Every article lands as a draft to approve, edit, or reject. Set your writing style and it stays consistent across the whole help centre.

Plus: a branded, searchable site on your own domain; instant AI answers for users sourced from your docs; agent-friendly feeds; team roles; and ephemeral, sandboxed analysis that never stores or trains on your code.

Built for solo founders and small teams who shouldn't have to choose between shipping fast and keeping users informed.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing DeepDocs and supportpages.io.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

DeepDocs's answer

Developers, Dev tool builders

supportpages.io's answer:

Solo founders and small SaaS teams, roughly 1 to 20 people, who ship fast and don't have a dedicated docs or support writer. Especially teams shipping quickly with AI assistance, where the gap between what the product does and what users understand grows fastest. Anyone whose help centre is perpetually out of date because writing docs always loses to building.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

DeepDocs's answer

Python, FastAPI, Supabase, OpenAI, Gemini, Render

What's the story behind your product?

DeepDocs's answer

Hi, Iโ€™m Neel โ€” solo developer, and the founder of DeepDocs. I built this tool to solve a problem I kept facing at work: keeping high-level docs in sync with a fast-changing codebase. What started as a personal fix is now something Iโ€™m sharing with other developers who want to automate the annoying chore of keeping docs updated.

supportpages.io's answer:

I built it because I was tired of watching my own docs go stale every time I shipped, and tired of being the bottleneck on my own documentation. Updating help articles was always the job that slipped, so users got confused or turned into support tickets. The code you ship already says what changed, so I built something that turns that signal into the help your customers need. A small team shouldn't have to choose between shipping fast and keeping users informed.

What makes your product unique?

supportpages.io's answer:

Other documentation tools start with a blank page and a human who has to fill it. SupportPages starts with your code. It reads your merged pull requests, works out what changed, and drafts the help article for you, screenshots included. Nothing else looks at the merge. That means your help centre updates itself every time you ship, instead of rotting the moment a feature changes.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

supportpages.io's answer:

Because the docs actually stay current without anyone maintaining them. Tools like Mintlify, Intercom, or Zendesk Guide still rely on someone remembering to write and update articles. SupportPages does it automatically on every merge, generates screenshots from your real UI, can produce narrated video walkthroughs on demand, and keeps you in editorial control with a review-before-publish step. You write code; it writes the docs.
