I started using Datamorf a few months ago when our team needed a way to connect our CRM with our other sales tools.
At first, the dashboard was confusing to navigate, but after a week of learning the basics, I ran our first automated workflow. The platform handles our lead data automatically now - when new information comes in, it updates across all our tools without our team having to copy and paste between systems.
Even though I'm not a programmer, I was able to set up the workflows using their builder tool, which helped cut down the time my team spent on updating contact information. My sales reps now have more time to talk with customers instead of fixing data problems, though we're still learning new features every week.
