The https://luminusweb.com/docs/profiles.html page gives a pretty good hint at the different library options available for the various different functions of a framework. so even if you are building your own it is a decent reference. The cljs stack I hear about a lot (and use) is ShadowCLJS with reagent (https://reagent-project.github.io/) and re-frame (https://day8.github.io/re-frame/).
