The image generation API for developers and AI agents. Send a template and your data, get back a finished image — PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF — in one call. Also screenshots any URL and signs og:image URLs.

propzapi renders images from your own HTML and CSS templates. Send a template id and your data; it fills the placeholders, rasterises the page with headless Chromium, and returns a URL to the finished image — a social card, a quote, a certificate, or a chart drawn from your numbers.

Thirteen templates ship in the box, including bar, line and donut charts. Templates are real Jinja (if/for/filters), so a template plus your data becomes a table, list or chart — not just fill-in-the-blank text. Bring your own HTML whenever the built-ins aren't enough; there's no design tool to log into.

It also screenshots any public URL to an image, exports any template to a one-page PDF, and signs a GET URL you drop into a meta og:image tag so every page renders its own share image. Built for agents: a hosted MCP server lets a Claude or Cursor agent generate an image in one tool call and get the picture back inline.

One credit is one image, charged only when a render succeeds. 50-image free trial, no card.

CutList Optimizer features and specs

  • Efficient Material Usage
CutList Optimizer helps minimize waste by calculating the most efficient layout for cutting materials, which can save money and resources.
  • Ease of Use
The web-based interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it accessible even for those with limited technical skills.
  • Time-Saving
Automating the cut list creation process allows users to save time compared to creating plans manually.
  • Customizable Options
Users can customize settings such as blade width, material dimensions, and optimization preferences to fit their specific project needs.
  • Platform Independence
Being a web-based application, it can be accessed from any device with internet connectivity, improving accessibility and flexibility.

Possible disadvantages of CutList Optimizer

  • Limited Offline Access
As a web-based tool, it requires an internet connection for use, which might be inconvenient in areas with poor connectivity.
  • Subscription Costs
Advanced features may require a subscription, which could be a downside for users looking for a fully free solution.
  • Learning Curve
Despite its user-friendly design, there may still be a learning curve for users unfamiliar with cut-list software.
  • Dependency on Accurate Input
The optimization results heavily depend on the accuracy of the input data; incorrect measurements can lead to suboptimal cutting plans.
  • Feature Limitations in Free Version
The free version might not include all the advanced features needed by professionals, such as batch processing or more complex layouts.

propzapi features and specs

  • Render-and-verify
Pass the exact strings you expect and the response confirms each one rendered as visible text, not dropped or clipped. Proof the output is correct, which no other render API offers.
  • HTML and CSS templates to image or PDF
Send a template with placeholders and your data; get back a finished PNG, JPEG, WebP or one-page PDF, rendered in real headless Chromium.
  • Screenshot any URL
Capture any public web page to an image or a paginated PDF, with backgrounds preserved and lazy content scrolled in first.
  • Pay-as-you-go pricing
A $5 pack covers 150 renders and never expires, and 50 are free to start with no card. A failed render is billed nothing.
  • Built for AI agents (MCP)
A hosted MCP server exposes generate_image, screenshot_url and list_templates, so an agent renders and gets the image back inline.

Analysis of propzapi

Overall verdict

  • PropzAPI appears to be a real estate data API service, but there is limited independent, verifiable information available to fully confirm its reliability, data accuracy, and long-term support. • Likely provides structured API endpoints for integrating property information into apps or platforms
  • May offer tiered pricing plans suitable for different business sizes
  • Could support use cases like property listings, valuations, or market analytics

Recommended for

  • Real estate startups needing property data integration
  • Developers building real estate or proptech applications
  • Businesses looking to automate property data retrieval
  • Companies wanting to test a real estate API before committing to larger, more established providers

  • OK tell the truth, what is the most number of times you misjudged the amount of wood you need for a project, and had to go get more? More than 3?
i'm trying to figure out how much wood I need to buy for my next project. can't use cutlistoptimizer.com because it does only sheet goods and I want linear (just boards). Anybody know of an optimizer for that? Source: over 3 years ago
  • Project cut list at lumber yard?
I use http://cutlistoptimizer.com/ and it works well. Source: almost 4 years ago
  • Hardest project to date...super proud of this built in closet
I used cutlistoptimizer.com I highly recommend it. I also increase the kerf size to give me more tolerance to make sure I can rough cut it with a circular saw before I tidy those edges on the table saw. Source: about 4 years ago
  • ISO Plans for a unit like this
I use sites like cut list optimizer to help reduce wastage of materials once I have the size I want a piece to be. Maybe that would help? Source: about 4 years ago
  • Best way of planning cuts to use the least amount of waste
If you have a big project with lots of plywood, cutlistoptimizer.com is great. If you're working mostly in solid lumber, I do it just like you: put your cuts in a list and start dividing them into boards. It usually doesn't take that long, and sometimes there are other considerations that will make any lumber list irrelevant. Maybe a certain piece needs to be knot-free, or knot-free in the last 6", or whatever.... Source: about 4 years ago
