Cutlist optimization reduces wasted material, often done with automated software. Efficient algorithms balance speed and ease of cutting. Cutlist Evolution is a tool that calculates optimized cutlists, balancing efficiency and time taken. Optimizing cutlists is a complex challenge known as the 'stock cutting' problem, often requiring computing power and various approaches.
