Cutlist Evolution works out how to cut your parts from the stock you have with the least waste, then gives you a plan your workshop can actually follow.
It handles sheet goods (plywood, MDF, melamine, glass), linear stock (timber, tube, extrusion) and roll materials, with both guillotine cutting for panel saws and true-shape nesting for CNC. The constraints that matter on a real job are built in: grain direction and orientation locks, edge banding and face finishes, blade kerf, and per-edge trim.
Parts can be typed in, pasted from a spreadsheet, or imported as CSV or DXF. It also reads 3D models directly from Fusion 360, Shapr3D, Onshape, SketchUp and Blender, taking the model apart into measured panels with duplicates merged. A free SketchUp extension sends parts across with no export step at all.
Cutting plans export to PDF, CSV, DXF and SVG, plus saw formats including PTX, Biesse XML and Mayer.
It runs entirely in the browser with nothing to install, works on any device, and is available in 30 languages. The free tier covers up to 40 parts per cut list and 3 saved projects; paid plans raise those limits and add the CNC and saw-file exports. There is also a native iPhone and iPad app.
RFPilot is an AI-powered platform that helps teams complete RFPs, security questionnaires, vendor forms, and proposals faster. It uses your company documents, policies, and previous responses to generate relevant first-draft answers based on your actual business knowledge.
Designed for sales teams, proposal managers, founders, consultants, and security teams, RFPilot reduces repetitive research, copying, and rewriting. Users can upload their company knowledge, add a new questionnaire, review AI-generated responses, and refine them before submission.

RFPilot's answer:
RFPilot is currently in its early launch stage, and customer names are not yet being publicly disclosed.
RFPilot's answer:
RFPilot turns a company’s existing documents, policies, and previous responses into a reusable knowledge base for answering RFPs, security questionnaires, and vendor forms. It focuses on generating relevant, company-specific drafts rather than generic AI responses, while keeping users in control of the final answer.
RFPilot's answer:
RFPilot is designed to be faster and easier to adopt than complex enterprise proposal platforms. Teams can upload their company knowledge, add a questionnaire, and begin generating responses without lengthy setup or complicated content-management workflows. It is especially suitable for teams that want strong AI assistance without adding another heavy system to manage.
RFPilot's answer:
RFPilot is built for B2B sales teams, proposal managers, founders, consultants, agencies, and security or compliance teams that regularly complete RFPs, vendor questionnaires, due-diligence forms, and similar business documents.
RFPilot's answer:
RFPilot was created around a simple problem: companies repeatedly answer the same questions, but the approved information is scattered across documents, previous proposals, policies, and internal files. Teams spend hours searching, copying, and rewriting content instead of focusing on the quality of the proposal. RFPilot was built to make that knowledge immediately usable and reduce the repetitive work behind every response.
RFPilot's answer:
RFPilot uses AI language models, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, document parsing, and secure cloud infrastructure. These technologies allow it to understand uploaded company documents, find relevant information, and generate context-aware response drafts.
