Eating plant based is pretty straightforward. The only thing you absolutely make sure you're getting through supplements or fortified food is B12. After that, eating a good variety will get you the rest of the way. I take a multivitamin just to cover my bases and a D supplement in the winter. I haven't done this course, but I have been programming with Javascript for about ~1.5years and can build things with React, the best course I found, and I bet it would translate to angular, is learnjavascript.online. Another resource that is good is http://csbin.io/ which is a codesmith platform.
