    Crevado Is your solution. It targets portfolios, moreover it gives you a free subdomain like yourname.crevado.com. It also has a code editor which allows you to edit HTML, CSS and JS. It also has a variety of themes which can be modified. Only small problem is that it shows a very tiny "free portfolio builder" in the footer (not much noticeable), but can be removed if you buy premium. Source: about 5 years ago
