CreatorKhata is the all-in-one creator-business app built specifically for Indian YouTubers, Instagram creators, and freelance content professionals. While US-built creator tools (Bonsai, HoneyBook, Notion) assume Stripe payments and W-9 tax forms, Indian creators face a different reality: GST...

CreatorKhata's answer
The only creator-business app built specifically for Indian content creators. Existing tools (Bonsai, HoneyBook, Notion) assume US conventions — Stripe, W-9s, no GST. CreatorKhata handles Indian-specific paperwork natively: GST invoices with Place-of-Supply logic, TDS tracking across Sections 194J / 194C / 194H / 194R, MSME 45-day payment enforcement, and Form 16A reconciliation. India-first, not retrofitted.
CreatorKhata's answer
Indian creators using US tools waste 4-6 hours every month on workarounds — manually splitting GST, computing TDS, chasing Form 16A. CreatorKhata automates all of that out of the box. Pricing is Indian-realistic at ₹199/month vs $9-29/month (₹750-2,500/mo) for Bonsai/HoneyBook. Plus AI content suite (captions, repurpose) included free where competitors charge $20-50/mo extra.
CreatorKhata's answer
Indian YouTubers and Instagram creators with 10,000-500,000 followers doing 2+ brand deals per month. Tech-savvy enough to understand basic GST and TDS but not chartered accountants. Mostly solo operators (no agency), juggling brand-deal admin + content production + tax compliance. Each loses ₹50,000 to ₹2 lakh per year to paperwork inefficiency. Niches: tech, finance, lifestyle, gaming.
CreatorKhata's answer
Built by an Indian creator-developer hybrid after watching every creator he knew lose hours each week to GST/TDS reconciliation and Form 16A chasing. None of the US-built creator tools fit Indian tax and invoice realities. Development started late 2025; payments architecture launched May 2026. Bootstrapped, solo-founded, India-first.
CreatorKhata's answer
React frontend (Vercel-hosted), Java Spring Boot backend (Render), Supabase Postgres for data + auth, Razorpay for Indian payments, Resend for transactional email, Groq Llama 3.3 70B for AI content generation, Astro for the SEO blog, Cloudflare for DNS.
