WorksiteCore is construction management software for contractors that connects projects, jobsites, teams, field records, and office approvals in one SaaS platform. Teams can manage QR or manual attendance, overtime and allowances; organize crews and role-based permissions; record materials, progress photos, tasks, blockers, and construction daily reports; open PDF plans and inspect DWG or DXF drawings; track drawing issues and approved revisions; and manage documents, tools, equipment, and vehicles. A controlled client portal can share selected progress, changes, signatures, and payment-status information. Audit history, approval workflows, offline-safe text forms, notifications, storage monitoring, and accounting-ready exports help construction companies replace paper lists, spreadsheets, and scattered message groups with traceable jobsite operations on phone, tablet, and desktop.

WorksiteCore's answer:
WorksiteCore connects field activity and office control in one traceable construction workflow. It combines QR or manual attendance, materials, daily reports, progress photos, tasks and blockers with PDF, DWG and DXF plan access, revision tracking, equipment inventory, role-based permissions, approvals, audit history, accounting-ready exports, and a controlled client portal. Plans are priced per company rather than per login.
WorksiteCore's answer:
WorksiteCore is designed for construction companies and contractors that coordinate projects, worksites, field teams, documents, materials, and daily activity. It supports owners and managers, engineers and site supervisors, crew leaders and field workers, while role-based access can also provide accountants and clients with only the approved information relevant to them.
WorksiteCore's answer:
WorksiteCore is a practical fit for construction companies that want jobsite management, workforce tracking, documents, drawings, materials, progress evidence, approvals, and audit history in one system. It supports phone, tablet, and desktop workflows, including offline-safe text forms, while role-based access keeps each project, worksite, file, and action visible only to authorized people. The subscription is billed per company and includes a 30-day trial without a card.
WorksiteCore's answer:
WorksiteCore began with a family decision. When my son chose to become a construction engineer, my first reaction was concern. I knew the responsibility and pressure carried by people working between the office and the jobsite, and at first I did not support his choice. But as I listened to him talk about the reality of construction work โ coordinating teams, attendance, materials, drawings, revisions, daily reports, approvals, and constant communication โ my perspective changed.
I could not remove the challenges of construction, but I could help make the daily work clearer. I decided to build a digital environment that would reduce scattered paperwork, spreadsheets, and messages, and give engineers and construction teams one reliable place for the information they need.
My son works extensively with DWG drawings, and this became one of the most concrete examples behind the product. We looked for practical ways to help him navigate complex drawings, find the information he needs more easily, and add annotations while keeping plans, revisions, issues, and field documentation connected to the project.
That wish to support my son became WorksiteCore: a practical SaaS platform designed to help contractors keep projects, jobsites, people, documents, and field activity organized and traceable. WorksiteCore remains in continuous development, with improvements shaped by real construction workflows and the daily challenges faced by engineers and field teams.
WorksiteCore's answer:
WorksiteCore is a browser-based SaaS platform conceived and developed through an AI-assisted process. AI has supported research, product design, software development, testing, multilingual content, and faster iteration as real construction workflows were translated into practical modules. The direction of the product remains grounded in the needs of construction engineers, contractors, and field teams; AI supports the development process, but it does not replace professional judgment or the people responsible for construction decisions.
WorksiteCore's answer:
WorksiteCore is currently in its launch stage and does not publish customer names without explicit permission. Customer references and case studies will be added only after the companies involved approve their public use. No unverified company is presented as a WorksiteCore customer.
