• LOTRO Store cannot be accessed. Any suggestions?

  I had this occur when I had country blocking of certain countries turned on on my firewall. The store runs through xsolla.com and, from memory, I had the Netherlands in my blocking/country filter. Unblocked that and the Store started... Source: about 4 years ago
