Most competitor tools fail the same way. Generic page watchers alert on cookie banners, footer tweaks, and rotated testimonials. Enterprise CI platforms cost $15k+ a year and still leave someone triaging 40 pings before lunch. You found out about the price cut from a churned customer, not from your stack.

Competiflow is structured competitor monitoring for B2B SaaS teams. We watch pricing, changelogs, docs, blog posts, and positioning pages on a schedule. The workflow is extract first, then diff: we pull normalized fields (plan names, prices, feature bullets, post titles) and compare those. A reshuffled testimonial never looks like a pricing move.

How setup works

Paste a competitor homepage URL. Competiflow discovers their pricing, docs, blog, and changelog pages and starts a monitor for each surface. No selectors to configure, no macros to record, no onboarding call.

On your cadence, a real browser loads each page, extracts the fields that carry signal, and compares them to the last snapshot. JavaScript pricing tables, SPAs, and other hard pages get read properly.

What you get on every real change

Each change in your feed includes:

  • Severity so you jump to what needs a response
  • A plain read of what changed and why it might matter
  • A suggested move for sales or product
  • Exact before/after text, the source URL, and when we read it

Changes batch into a weekly digest by default. Email, Slack, and webhook delivery are built in. Realtime alerts are opt-in, so the default is one summary, not a firehose.

Who it's for

PMMs watching positioning and launch pages. Founders who want early warning on pricing moves. RevOps keeping battlecards fresh without manual tab checking. Engineers who want the same workflow inside Cursor via our MCP server, or in their own stack via REST API.

Pricing

Start with 100 free checks. No credit card required. Paid plans from $19/month. Billing is usage-based checks (one check = one page read), not per seat or per competitor.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Competiflow and Pagescreen.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Competiflow's answer

Visualping and Distill tell you something changed; you still triage cookie banners and layout noise yourself. Klue and Crayon cost enterprise money and die in dashboards. Competiflow sits in the middle: interpreted, field-level changes on a schedule, usage-based checks instead of per-seat pricing, plus REST API and MCP for teams that want to wire it in.

What makes your product unique?

Competiflow's answer

Competiflow extracts structured fields (plan names, prices, feature bullets) before diffing. Generic monitors alert when pixels change. We diff the data that matters and attach before/after text plus the source URL. Paste a homepage and we discover pricing, changelog, docs, and blog pages to watch.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Competiflow's answer

Indie founders and small SaaS teams who track a handful of rivals daily. Also PMMs and product marketers who care about pricing moves, changelog launches, and competitor content without opening twenty tabs or drowning in false alerts.

What's the story behind your product?

Competiflow's answer

I run two small products and checked competitor blogs, changelogs, and pricing every day. Cron jobs and parsers helped, but pricing pages broke the approach and Visualping still left me reviewing noise by hand. I spent about a month building extract-then-diff monitoring I actually use, and kept improving noise filtering as edge cases showed up.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Competiflow's answer

Competiflow is early stage. I use it daily on my own products and we are onboarding free-trial users from launch week. No public customer list yet.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Competiflow's answer

Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, React, Tailwind CSS, esbuild. REST API and MCP server on top. Page reading runs through our own rendering pipeline for JS-heavy sites.
