As answered by people managing CommitCat and QRelia.uk.
QRelia.uk's answer:
QRelia connects digital guest ordering with real-world hospitality operations. Guests can scan a QR code, browse a venue’s menu and place an order without downloading an app, while staff receive and manage those orders in real time.
What makes QRelia different is that it goes beyond QR ordering. It combines guest ordering, operational workflows, live order status, menu management, analytics, QR management and dedicated physical notification hardware into one hospitality platform. QRelia is particularly designed for service areas where traditional ordering can be difficult, such as terraces, gardens, poolside areas, outdoor seating and other distributed hospitality spaces.
QRelia.uk's answer:
QRelia is built specifically around the operational realities of hospitality rather than simply replacing a printed menu with a QR code.
The platform gives venues control over menus, service areas, ordering, order fulfilment, reporting and guest experience from one system. Orders are delivered to staff in real time, and QRelia can also work with dedicated ambient hardware that provides an immediate visual indication when operational attention is required.
QRelia is designed to reduce friction for guests while helping venues extend service efficiently into areas that are traditionally difficult to monitor. It is also highly configurable, allowing each venue to maintain its own branding, menus, service areas and operational workflow.
QRelia.uk's answer:
QRelia is primarily designed for hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars and hospitality venues that want to improve digital ordering and service delivery.
It is especially useful for venues operating across multiple service areas, including terraces, gardens, courtyards, poolside areas, lounges, outdoor seating and room-service environments. The platform is aimed at operators who want to improve guest convenience while giving their teams better visibility and control over incoming orders.
QRelia.uk's answer:
QRelia grew from a real hospitality problem rather than from a theoretical software concept.
The original idea began in 2020 with the development of a QR-based room-service solution for a hotel in Nottingham. That experience highlighted a wider problem across hospitality: guests are often located in places where traditional service is difficult to deliver consistently, while staff need a simple way to know where demand is coming from and respond quickly.
QRelia was developed from that experience into a dedicated hospitality platform combining QR ordering, real-time order management, operational analytics and physical notification technology. The current platform has been developed and refined through real-world hospitality use and direct feedback from venue operators.
QRelia.uk's answer:
QRelia is primarily built using Microsoft .NET and ASP.NET Core with C#, Razor Pages, Entity Framework Core and Microsoft SQL Server.
Real-time communication between customer, administration and order-receiving applications is handled using SignalR. The web interfaces use modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and jQuery.
QRelia also includes dedicated Raspberry Pi-based hardware running Python software, allowing the cloud platform to communicate with physical ambient notification devices in real time.
QRelia.uk's answer:
For this one, do not pad the answer with names that aren't genuine customers. At QRelia's current stage, I'd actually make it simple:
Le Pommier Hotel & Restaurant, Guernsey
That's much stronger than trying to make an early-stage customer base appear larger than it is. Le Pommier is a real operating hospitality deployment, which gives QRelia considerably more credibility than a list of vague "partners" or prospects.
