LeadSwitchboard is a purpose-built CRM designed specifically for pay-per-lead (PPL) agencies, helping both new and experienced operators scale without the limitations of traditional tools. Unlike generic CRMs, LeadSwitchboard allows you to onboard unlimited buyers without paying for additional sub-accounts, making it ideal for agencies focused on growth. Leads generated from platforms like Meta and Google Ads flow directly into the system and are automatically routed to the right buyer using customizable rules based on location, lead type, and buyer preferences. Each buyer defines their โ€œideal lead,โ€ ensuring precise matching and better outcomes. The platform eliminates the hassle of chasing payments by introducing prepaid buyer wallets. Buyers recharge credits in advance, and balances are automatically deducted as leads are delivered, giving you predictable cash flow and zero follow-ups. To maximize conversions, LeadSwitchboard includes AI caller bots that instantly reach out to new leads, ensuring fast response times even when buyers are unavailable. Dispute management is fully streamlined. Buyers can return leads with a single click, and agencies can approve or reject requests instantly, with automated credit adjustments. LeadSwitchboard simplifies every part of the PPL modelโ€”routing, payments, follow-ups, and disputesโ€”so you can focus on scaling your agency.

Possible disadvantages of CommitCat

Compared to more established Git clients like GitKraken, Sourcetree, or Fork, CommitCat may lack advanced features such as built-in merge conflict resolution tools, advanced branch visualization, or deep integration with CI/CD pipelines.

Without extensive independent reviews or long-term user feedback readily available, it's best evaluated through a trial period against your specific business requirements.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing CommitCat and LeadSwitchboard.io.

What makes your product unique?

LeadSwitchboard.io's answer:

There are many CRMs built for agencies but very few CRMs built specifically for PPL agencies. LeadSwitchboard is specifically built keeping PPL agencies in mind. Automating most critical functions of a PPL agency, while giving agency owners access to critical features like speed to lead tracker, lead dispute feature, buyer self-onboarding options, AI caller bots, and unlimited sub-accounts at an affordable price point makes LeadSwitchboard a unique product in the agency automation and CRM category.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

LeadSwitchboard.io's answer:

First - it is built for PPL agencies and cannot be compared to traditional CRMs, which are patchworked by agency owners to operate their PPL models. Second - it allows agency owners to onboard as many customers without paying for extra sub-accounts for customers as is customary on popular CRMs. Third - traditional agencies have faced significant problems when collecting payments after-the-fact. Payments on LeadSwitchboard are prepaid and directed towards recharging wallets, which are redeemed as credits upon successful delivery of leads. Bad leads are returnable with a click of a button, raised as a dispute. Agency owners can approve or reject the dispute with a click of a button. Credits are automatically reverted back to the buyer in cases where disputes are accepted. Manual invoicing and manual dispute lead adjustments are completely made irrelevant on LeadSwitchboard.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

LeadSwitchboard.io's answer:

PPL agency owners and lead distribution companies looking for respite from popular agency CRMs, which cannot manage the needs of PPL agencies, will find great utility, value for money, and be able to correctly automate their PPL agencies using LeadSwitchboard. People looking to automate their agency and reduce manual oversight needed to maintain records, perform manual reach-outs to buyers, and keep their agency running will enjoy plugging LeadSwitchboard into their agency.

What's the story behind your product?

LeadSwitchboard.io's answer:

We didnโ€™t set out to build software - we just wanted to run a better pay-per-lead agency.

As we started scaling, everything broke. CRMs werenโ€™t built for PPL. Every new buyer meant another sub-account, more costs, and more chaos. Leads had to be manually routed. Payments had to be chased. Disputes lived in emails and spreadsheets. We were spending more time fixing systems than growing the business.

So we built LeadSwitchboard.

A system where leads are routed automatically, buyers preload credits instead of paying later, and disputes are handled in one place with a click. No hacks, no workarounds, no bloated setups.

What started as a solution for our own agency is now helping other operators run cleaner, faster, and more profitable PPL businesses.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

LeadSwitchboard.io's answer:

AWS, Zapier, Vapi.ai, Next.js

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

LeadSwitchboard.io's answer:

  • Roofing lead sellers
  • Painting lead sellers
  • Legal leads sellers
  • PPL Agencies of all shapes and sizes
