Clix.expert's answer:
Booking systems usually charge per staff seat, or sell the useful parts as separate modules, so the bill grows before the business does. Clix has a free plan with no time limit, an open price list from 900 to 4,500 RUB a month and nothing above it, and no paid tiers hiding the basics: everything in a plan is available from the start. The plan can be changed every month, which matters in seasonal work, where a busy December should not turn into a permanent upgrade. Support is the same for a free account and for a team on the top plan.
Clix.expert's answer:
Plans are limited by the number of bookings per month, not by staff seats or modules. Everything included in a plan works from the first day, and if a busy month runs over the limit you add bookings or one more staff member without moving to a higher tier. Reminders go to both sides of the appointment, the client and the staff member, by email and Telegram, and the owner and the staff get a daily summary of what is booked. Events and camps have a format of their own: an event page with photos, paid signup, booking for the whole run or for selected dates, and adult and child places counted separately.
Clix.expert's answer:
Independent professionals and small teams who are starting out or growing: solo masters and therapists, coaches and trainers, tutors and teachers, small studios and schools, and people who run workshops, intensives and camps. Usually between one and fifteen staff, with the owner still doing the work alongside everyone else, and no administrator sitting at a desk all day. The interface is available in English, Russian and Spanish.
