I've used Discord for Risus, with https://collabedit.com for a shared character sheet (that is, one sheet for everybody—I find it more convenient as the GM, and it's not like a huge amount of space is required). If you are worried about creating other accounts etc - you can just use your gmail account with https://cloud.google.com/shell and that gives you a very small vm and a coding environment (replit or colab are way better than this though). Source: about 2 years ago
