Great read u/gigde18. I also think that remote culture is important. I liked the part about building strong connections with team mates. I found this really difficult to do once the pandemic started. There are a lot of roles that rely on having connections in the workplace to build consensus get things you need done. For example I can access eclipse.org in chrome without issue. I'm seeing my PA cert when I check it's trusted. However when I run the eclipse installer it fails which I suspect is because of the decryption. I'm seeing this log in the decryption log both before and after installing the IA cert and when both using the installer or browsing the site. Source: about 3 years ago
