Great read u/gigde18. I also think that remote culture is important. I liked the part about building strong connections with team mates. I found this really difficult to do once the pandemic started. There are a lot of roles that rely on having connections in the workplace to build consensus get things you need done. This is pretty cool - the Jira/Linear integration could save a ton of manual work. How do you handle test data setup and teardown? That's usually where these workflows get messy.
