Our product, based infrastructure cloud. It is an alternative to the cloud panel on openstack for example, in its saas version. It is an all in one system that includes, among other features, Inventory, Support System, Billing, integrations with third parties. And the core of the system, is its Artificial Intelligence (AI) that among its many qualities learns from the cloud infrastructure to offer changes that reduce costs or improve productivity. And it has the feature that auto solves the tickets (at the infrastructure level) in case of not being able to solve it, it scales to an operator. We have a beta to offer the software with artificial intelligence so that it can be installed as a hybrid cloud, making an auto deploy of the installation and configuration of the infrastructure.
