Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Codewars and Bubibo.

What makes your product unique?

Bubibo's answer:

Bubibo PRO is not just a standalone CRM. It is part of a broader pet-tech ecosystem that connects pet businesses with pet parents. The system combines appointment management, CRM, medical records, finances, inventory, payroll, analytics, reminders, online booking, and client communication in one platform. At the same time, selected visit data can be shared with the pet parent’s Bubibo app, while clients can book services directly through the ecosystem. This connection between the business side and the pet parent side is what makes Bubibo PRO especially distinctive: clinics and groomers can manage their operations more efficiently while staying connected to clients in the same digital environment.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Bubibo's answer:

Bubibo PRO is designed specifically for veterinary clinics, grooming salons, and other pet care businesses, so its workflows are built around the real needs of the industry. Instead of combining several separate tools, businesses can manage appointments, client and patient records, medical history, finances, inventory, payroll, analytics, reminders, and online booking in one system. Bubibo PRO also supports multi-branch management, data migration, onboarding, and ongoing support. Its connection with the Bubibo ecosystem gives businesses an additional advantage by linking their internal workflows with the pet parent experience.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Bubibo's answer:

The primary audience of Bubibo PRO is pet care businesses, especially veterinary clinics and grooming salons. The system is suitable for both small teams that want to structure their daily operations and larger multi-branch businesses that need centralized control, analytics, staff management, and a unified client and patient database. It is particularly relevant for business owners, veterinarians, groomers, administrators, and managers who want to reduce manual work and manage key operational processes in one place.

What's the story behind your product?

Bubibo's answer:

Bubibo was created around the idea of building one connected digital ecosystem for the pet care industry. The company brings together products for both sides of pet care: a superapp for pet parents and Bubibo PRO for veterinary clinics, groomers, and other pet businesses. The goal is to make everyday pet care easier for pet parents while helping businesses digitize and automate their operations. Instead of keeping these two experiences separate, Bubibo connects them through shared services such as appointments, medical information, reminders, and communication.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Bubibo's answer:

Some of the veterinary professionals and businesses publicly featured as Bubibo PRO users include: - VetHol clinic, represented by veterinarian and owner Mykola Kholodenko - Lapa Dopomohy clinic, represented by veterinarian and owner Iryna Liapai - Halyna Sydorova, veterinary dermatologist These customers use Bubibo PRO to manage client and patient records, schedules, medical history, inventory, payroll, and other daily operational processes.
