What makes your product unique?

FlowSprite's answer:

It's an AI layer on top of Salesforce that lets admins deploy org changes into a safe environment before anything touches production - reading the org's metadata to understand what connects to what, then routing changes through GitHub for a logged, explained, and reversible audit trail. That combination (AI-assisted change + version control + rollback) doesn't really exist elsewhere for Salesforce admins today.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

FlowSprite's answer:

Copado and AutoRABIT are built as DevOps/release-management platforms aimed at teams that already have a CI/CD mindset - they're powerful but heavy, often requiring dedicated setup and ongoing platform management. FlowSprite is built for the admin who doesn't have a DevOps team at all: it layers AI-assisted change-making directly on top of the org, routed through GitHub for a lightweight, logged, reversible audit trail, so an admin gets safety and rollback without adopting a full release-engineering stack.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

FlowSprite's answer:

Salesforce admins at US B2B SaaS companies with roughly 50–500 employees and no dedicated DevOps team - especially ones who've already experimented with AI on their org and broken something in the process. It's built for RevOps/admin people managing inherited, undocumented orgs, not for developers.

What's the story behind your product?

FlowSprite's answer:

It grew out of the team's own frustration with Salesforce admin work: every change is a live change, so an admin adjusting one workflow only finds out what it touched when something breaks in production. Engineering solved this decades ago with staging and version control - FlowSprite brings that same discipline to Salesforce orgs.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

FlowSprite's answer:

Claude (or any other LLM) and MCP (Model Context Protocol) power the AI layer that reads and reasons about Salesforce org metadata, with GitHub used as the versioning and audit-trail backbone for logging, explaining, and reversing changes.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

FlowSprite's answer:

FlowSprite just launched, so there aren't customer names to point to yet. Early traction is being built from Salesforce admins at US B2B SaaS companies (roughly 50–500 employees, no dedicated DevOps team) who've already tried using AI on their org and hit a problem, which is the ICP the launch is targeting first.
