The specific target interview format I have in mind is via a shared, live editor (e.g. https://coderpad.io/) and a video link, lasting ~1hr. The practice format might be more like 45min for the interview followed by 15 - 30min for feedback and discussion. Probably a smart idea to be suspicious of new apps, though I will say I am someone who care deeply about privacy.
