The specific target interview format I have in mind is via a shared, live editor (e.g. https://coderpad.io/) and a video link, lasting ~1hr. The practice format might be more like 45min for the interview followed by 15 - 30min for feedback and discussion. Acuity or Calendly would also let you do this. People normally use these sites to allow their clients to schedule meetings or classes, but you could certainly set up a calendar for your boss where you are the only "client" โ you're the only person who schedules meetings.
