Couldn't you just add the adults as testers to the Google Play app, avoiding oversight? The problem with breaking off from Google Play is you lose the ability to send push notifications. You had to write the intelligence of a robot/tank in a C-like language of these game development software. The bottom line is two of these programs competed against each other. If I remember correctly these battles took place in a recurring tournament and you could win a license of the game developement software, or maybe nothing.
