Swift-Slide's answer:

Swift-Slide is an independently developed service focused on a practical problem: making changes to presentation materials when only a PDF or image is available.

During the first two weeks after launch, I reviewed visits and usage patterns and suspected that requiring registration before trying the conversion could be a barrier. I added a registration-free one-page trial so people could see the result with their own files first.

I also redesigned the public pages to explain real use cases more clearly. The service continues to evolve through usage observations and feedback.
