What makes your product unique?

Pawlo is built for coordination between people, not record-keeping for one person. Most pet apps are digital filing cabinets — vet records, weight charts, photo diaries — used by a single owner. Pawlo is a shared checklist for the whole household: feeding, walks, and medication sync in real time to every member's phone, and every completed task shows who did it and when ("done by Alex, 8:12 AM"). - Double-feed protection — if a task is already done, the next person gets warned before repeating it - Medication safety holds — critical meds require an extra confirmation, so a busy household never double-doses - Household streaks — complete every task and the whole household's streak grows - One subscription covers unlimited household members — one person pays, everyone gets full access

Multi-person households with pets: couples splitting care of a dog or cat, families teaching kids pet responsibility (with parents able to verify without nagging), roommates sharing a pet in an apartment, and anyone who regularly hands off to a pet sitter. iOS households, since Pawlo is currently iPhone-only.

What's the story behind your product?

Pawlo.app's answer:

Pawlo was built by two developers who kept arguing about whether the dog had been fed — he'd gotten very good at pretending he hadn't been, and scored two breakfasts most days. The group chat scrolled away, the whiteboard lied, and reminder apps fired whether or not anyone actually did the thing. What was missing was a shared record with accountability: what's done, what's next, and who did it. After one flea-medication near-double-dose, they built exactly that. The name comes from "paw" — the app's mascot energy is a dog who will absolutely accept a second breakfast if your household lets him.
