Existing tools like fotoBiz are dated desktop software not built for modern commercial workflows. General CRMs like HoneyBook are designed for wedding photographers, not commercial production. BidSprout is web-based, AI-powered, and purpose-built for the line-item complexity of commercial photo and film bids — faster and more accurate than any spreadsheet or legacy tool.
