Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing CodeHub and SquadPrime.

What makes your product unique?

SquadPrime's answer:

It compares three routes side by side - a freelancer build, a traditional agency and a fixed-price 14-day build - instead of giving one number. Five clicks, about 30 seconds, no signup, and the ranges reflect 2026 market rates.

It is built by SquadPrime, so the fixed-price route is a real offer, not a theory: a fixed price from $4,000 agreed before work starts, a live MVP in about 14 days, and 100% of the code is the founder's on delivery.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

SquadPrime's answer:

Most app cost calculators ask for an email before showing a number, or give one wide range with no context. This one shows the result immediately, splits it by route (freelancer, agency, fixed-price 14-day build) and explains the trade-offs in speed, risk and who owns the result.

If you want the fixed-price route, the next step is a free 30-minute call where you get the exact number and a launch date.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

SquadPrime's answer:

  • Non-technical founders about to spend money on the first version of a product, who want a realistic budget before talking to anyone
  • First-time founders comparing quotes they already have
  • Anyone deciding between a freelancer, an agency and a fixed-price build

What's the story behind your product?

SquadPrime's answer:

SquadPrime is a fixed-price MVP studio in Sheridan, Wyoming. Founders kept asking the same first question - "what will this cost?" - so we built the calculator to answer it in 30 seconds with real 2026 market ranges, before any call.

SquadPrime itself builds the first version in about 14 days with senior professionals at a fixed price agreed upfront. If it does not work by day 14, the invoice is zero - and we keep building until it ships.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

SquadPrime's answer:

A static web page with plain HTML, CSS and client-side JavaScript. The estimate is computed in the browser - nothing is sent to a server, no account and no email are needed to see the result.
