Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Codegres.org and Moovi.digital.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Moovi.digital's answer:

Case study coming by July 2026.

What makes your product unique?

Moovi.digital's answer:

Moovi is the operating platform for the removals industry. Not a CRM. Not a survey app. Not a scheduling tool. One connected job record runs the whole business from first enquiry to final invoice, with seven products on one platform: Moovi Core (the base platform), Moovi Agent (the app for surveyors and sales), Moovi Crew (the crew app on the day, fully offline), Moovi Warehouse (grid-based storage tracking down to the bay and box), Moovi IQ (the intelligence licence with live demand awareness), Moovi Compliance (fleet, driver, vehicle and evidence trail), and My Moovi (the customer-facing portal).Moovi is built and owned on Microsoft Azure with UK data residency.

The founder spent sixteen years selling cloud and cybersecurity into banks and the NHS before building Moovi, and the platform reflects that enterprise infrastructure standard from the ground up. AI runs through every layer, from the AI survey in Moovi Agent to live demand awareness in Moovi IQ to the AI transcript on every customer call.

Moovi is live in production with a paying BAR-member customer .

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Moovi.digital's answer:

Most removals operators are running between eight and fourteen separate tools that do not talk to each other: a CRM that is really a contact list with bolt-ons, a quoting tool that doesn't know what the warehouse is holding, a crew app that doesn't write back to the job record, customer communication held together by email, storage tracked on a clipboard, compliance held in a folder of PDFs. The cost is hours of admin every week, jobs lost to slow quotes, and margin lost to wrong pricing.Moovi replaces that stack with one operating platform built specifically for the removals industry. One connected job record means the surveyor's quote, the warehouse's storage, the crew's job sheet, the customer's portal, and the office's invoicing all run off the same data, in real time. The crew and warehouse apps work fully offline in basements, lifts and signal black spots, with everything syncing back when signal returns.Moovi runs on Microsoft Azure with UK data residency and an audit-grade evidence trail, which makes it the credible choice for BAR-member operators and operators preparing for BAR affiliate status who need infrastructure that meets enterprise standards. The platform is built by people who came up in the industry. The founder started on the vans at Pickfords before sixteen years in enterprise tech, and the product reflects what an operator actually needs to run a removals business, not what a generic SaaS marketer thinks operators need.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Moovi.digital's answer:

UK removals operators between three and one hundred staff. The sweet spot is the operator big enough to need a real system and small enough that the system has to actually work on day one.

BAR (British Association of Removers) members and BAR-track operators preparing for affiliate or full membership. Independent UK removals firms running domestic, commercial, and storage operations in any combination. Multi-generational family-run businesses transitioning from legacy desktop systems they have wanted to replace for years. Newer cloud-first operators who have outgrown the spreadsheet stack.

The buyer is the owner, the operations director, or the senior operator making the platform call themselves. Buyers who have run the operation in person and know what a bad system looks like because they have lived with one. Industry knowledge is high: they know the difference between a survey and an estimate, between a removal and a relocation, what BS 8522 requires, why a CMR matters, what BAR's Code of Practice does.

Moovi is not built for single-van domestic operators, international relocation firms, or non-UK businesses.

What's the story behind your product?

Moovi.digital's answer:

Moovi was founded by Sam Clark in Ashford, Kent. Sam started on the vans at Pickfords at sixteen and spent the next sixteen years in enterprise technology, selling cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity into banks, the NHS, and large regulated organisations. Across that career he watched the removals industry continue to run on tools that did not match what the operators actually needed: legacy desktop systems that had not been substantially updated in twenty years, generic CRMs adapted with bolt-ons, and an ecosystem of point solutions held together with manual reconciliation.

In 2025 Sam started building the platform he wished he had had on the road. Moovi was incorporated as Moovi Group Limited in early 2026 (company number 17174727, registered in Ashford, Kent), and the platform went live in production with its first BAR-member customer shortly after.

Moovi is built and owned on Microsoft Azure with UK data residency, the same class of enterprise infrastructure Sam spent his career selling into regulated industries. The seven-product architecture (Moovi Core, Moovi Agent, Moovi Crew, Moovi Warehouse, Moovi IQ, Moovi Compliance, My Moovi) was designed to give the removals operator one system that runs the whole business rather than a collection of tools to integrate.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Moovi.digital's answer:

Moovi is built and owned on Microsoft Azure with UK South data residency, multi-tenant isolation, and an audit-grade evidence trail. The platform is GDPR compliant by design.

The web platform is built on a modern React-based stack with server-side rendering for discoverability and structured data. The mobile apps (Moovi Crew and Moovi Warehouse) are built for iOS and Android with full offline capability, allowing crews and warehouse staff to operate the platform in basements, lifts and signal black spots with full synchronisation when connectivity returns.

AI is built through every layer of the platform. The AI survey in Moovi Agent uses computer vision and large language models to convert a customer's home walkthrough into a structured inventory and quote. Moovi IQ runs continuous demand awareness across multiple data sources. The phone integration produces an AI transcript stored on every customer record.

Moovi integrates with Microsoft Azure services, Xero and QuickBooks for accounting, and standard telephony platforms for phone integration.
