PHP on the WooCommerce and WordPress APIs, with HPOS-compatible order storage and the WooCommerce Blocks (React) integration for the Block checkout. The classic checkout uses vanilla JavaScript. Everything runs on your own site — no external services — and the plugin is GPL open source (github.com/alovio/checkout-fields).
