I started with codedex.io , learning Python and HTML and then took their courses and moved on looking for projects with tutorials. Little steps one by one. Even though I'm now officially too old to be trendy I've found that a site like Huckberry: https://huckberry.com/ (US based) is great for getting clothing ideas but they tend to be expensive to import. Hm, from a quick look at their website - it looks like they are not producing the clothes on their own but are just a retailer? Because a lot of the brands I see them selling (66 north, patagonia, amundsen, schott) are fairly common to find at most of the local outdoor stores in Europe as well.
