I'm a new coder too. What helps me is finding a good place to learn the most basic principles and having 2-5 things I want to do. I started with codedex.io , learning Python and HTML and then took their courses and moved on looking for projects with tutorials. Little steps one by one. I just started posting them to YouTube last week. I use headliner.app, which auto-generates and auto-posts a video to my YT channel based on when a new episode gets posted to my podcast's RSS feed. It's nothing crazy but it pulls the title and description from the podcast feed and grabs my channel art.
