Search for specific products to get around 'the great firewall' an alternative to paid for which I used when I worked in Beijing for a few weeks was an https tunnel back to my own PC at home using https://www.stunnel.org/static/stunnel.html then used an encrypted VNC connection with https://uvnc.com/ the encryption is a plugin also on their site as I recall. Simple VNC has never failed me. I do this a lot, and amy VNC client for windows, or any OS, (even iOS/Android) will do the trick. UltraVNC my preferred client. Source: over 3 years ago
