Also, the documents mention the craft lies between the Skaitevaara and Pahtavaara mountains. I couldn't find either of those on google maps so I did a little more googling and found this website that has detailed information on peaks around the world. So I punched in Skaitevaara and Pahtavaara. Skaitevaara seems to be misspelled and is actually Skaitevarra. It lies directly north of the main buildings at Esrange.... Source: about 3 years ago

First I had to stabilize the photo to make it a little more easier to see the terrain. Then I used https://peakvisor.com/ to pinpoint the mountain peaks. After that, I checked the mountain peaks through Google Maps. Source: over 3 years ago
