I don't know if this is quite what you're looking for or not, but there's a program I use called Memento Database (https://mementodatabase.com/) that would probably work great for that. You could make a database with an entry for each person, and a tags field where you could tag them with various attributes, and then you can search for any tag or combination of tags.
