    Be hapy they are saving you money. Our old mgt company was charging us $5 for each violation letter they sent out. We literally could download the letters and upload them to letterstream.com and they would of cost us $1. Other board members who are older than me out voted me and we kept on paying them $5 per letter, added upto $1200 last year. About $8 per SFH. Would you want to pay that? Thank goodness we now...
