InnerZero works fully offline. If you choose to enable cloud models, only your current message and a short context window are sent. Your memory, full history, and files are never sent. InnerZero was created to flip that, putting a genuinely capable assistant on the user's own machine, with their data staying with them by default. It is developed in the UK and shipped free to download on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Local AI inference runs through Ollama by default, with LM Studio as an alternative backend, both serving open-source models on the user's own hardware.
