Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Nossy's answer:

Our first customer is the founder's own cafe, which runs daily operations on it. The team also built zendaibills.com, serving 30,000 local businesses in Thailand

What's the story behind your product?

Nossy's answer:

Our founder runs a cafe. We built a bot for its bookkeeping, it survived a real tax audit, and grew to 150-200 paying businesses. Customers kept asking for more than accounting, so we built Nossy: AI builds the tailored system, the team runs it in chat. The cafe still runs on Nossy today.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Nossy's answer:

Local business owners who want the system that fit their need and want to outsource ops/human work

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Nossy's answer:

No new app to learn: Nossy works in the group chat your team already uses. It adapts to how you work instead of forcing a template, and you own your data.
