DS4WindowsPC gamers who use DualShock 4/5 controllers and want to ensure compatibility with games requiring Xbox controller input. Also, those who appreciate advanced customization of controller settings for an optimized gaming experience.
Based on our record, DS4Windows seems to be a lot more popular than Code42. While we know about 172 links to DS4Windows, we've tracked only 1 mention of Code42. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
It's not a big surprise, given that Code42 (the parent company) pretends they have nothing to do with Crashplan. They've done a massive pivot to some kind of security company, with ZERO references to the OG product of Crashplan on code42.com, which (I'm guessing) is the bulk of their revenue. If you do a site search on google, you'll find some old links, but they just push you over to crashplan.com. Source: about 4 years ago
If your gamepad is not supported by our service, you can try to install DS4Windows. Its function is to โtrickโ the PC into recognizing any controller as if it were an Xbox 360 or DualShock 4, which in turn might allow you to use it on Boosteroid. ๏ปฟPlease note: we do not guarantee that this method will work. We are not responsible for the possible consequences, you do it at your own risk. Source: almost 3 years ago
Use DS4, its a controller emulator that helps with stuff like that, don't really know how to explain it but with it I can use my ps5 controller for salt and sacrifice on pc instead Https://ds4-windows.com. Source: about 3 years ago
From what I see online, it only officially supports PS3+PS4, and not PC. You might be able to get it to work using https://ds4-windows.com/ . Source: about 3 years ago
Playstation controllers don't use the xbox protocol. So it's a bit tricky. You need some extra software like ds4-windows. https://ds4-windows.com/. Source: about 3 years ago
Yeah I kinda spammed a bit :PHotkey Auto Cast or Smart cast type of mods tobind spells or power directly to a key, then use some Macro app for your controller to remap the powers/spells keys to gamepad macros. I use DS4Windows for my DS4 controller for similar macros. Source: about 3 years ago
