CondorBox is a cloud-hosted AI platform that bundles five independent applications under a single monthly membership. The applications cover home network security monitoring (Chicha Cybersecurity), camera-based visual intelligence (Qhaway Vision), historical culinary research across 27,279 source-cited recipes (Condor Cookbook), US city quality-of-life scoring across 134 cities (CityFunIndex), and open-source large language model fine-tuning (Yachay). A sixth application, family history book publishing (Kinship Book), is launching soon, and the roadmap holds more than ten additional applications โ€” five of them already announced and in development (DracoCam, Learn Quechua, ChasquiTracker, TamboLab, and Kinship Memory). Rather than pricing each tool separately, CondorBox issues Condor Credits โ€” a unified in-platform currency valued at $0.10 each โ€” consumed as applications are used from a single pooled wallet. Monthly membership tiers from $10 to $200 set the credit allowance; one-time top-up packs extend the wallet without changing the tier. All five membership tiers carry identical application access โ€” no features are gated above a minimum tier. The platform wears its Andean identity openly: Qhaway and Yachay are Quechua names, the membership tiers are named for the three worlds of Inca cosmology, and 1% of every membership payment supports Andean heritage causes. The platform is mostly web-based, with no hardware or software installation required for most products. Membership starts at $10 per month; a 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all tiers.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Code VAUCH and CondorBox.

What makes your product unique?

CondorBox's answer:

CondorBox inverts the usual AI pricing model. Instead of five subscriptions for five tools, one membership funds a single pooled wallet of Condor Credits (1 credit = $0.10) that meters actual usage across every application. The applications are purpose-built products, not wrappers around a third-party chatbot: a home network security monitor with severity-ranked events, a camera AI you can question in plain English, a research engine over 27,279 source-cited historical recipes, an open-source LLM fine-tuning studio, and a quality-of-life index scoring 134 US cities. There are no feature gates between tiers - a $10/month member uses exactly the same applications as a $200/month member; tiers differ only in monthly credit allowance. The wallet auto-pauses at zero, so usage can never produce a surprise charge.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

CondorBox's answer:

Against app bundles like Setapp: Setapp bundles desktop Mac utilities, while CondorBox bundles cloud AI applications that run in any browser with nothing to install. Against AI aggregators like Poe: aggregators resell access to other companies' chatbots, while each CondorBox application is built for its specific job - network events ranked by severity, timed camera monitoring sessions, historical answers that cite their source cookbook, fine-tune jobs with the price locked before you commit. Costs stay predictable: credits meter real usage, one-time top-ups are $0.09 per credit and stay valid for 12 months, members earn back 1-5% of credits spent each billing period, and a 14-day money-back guarantee covers every tier. Three applications (Qhaway Vision, Yachay, CityFunIndex) also expose documented public REST APIs, so developers can build on the data and models rather than being locked into the UI.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

CondorBox's answer:

Individuals and households rather than enterprises: homeowners who want to monitor their own network and cameras, independent developers and researchers who fine-tune open-source models or build on the public APIs, and families, home cooks, and hobbyists doing historical or city research. A membership is one pooled credit wallet, so the natural buyer is a person or a household - self-employed professionals and very small teams fit; organizations needing seat management or admin controls do not.

What's the story behind your product?

CondorBox's answer:

CondorBox started as a frustration: every useful AI tool demands its own subscription, its own login, and its own payment method, and the total balloons fast while most of those subscriptions sit underused. We built the alternative we wanted - one membership, one wallet, credits spent only when an application is actually used. The naming carries Andean heritage: Qhaway and Yachay are Quechua words (roughly "to watch" and "knowledge"), and the membership tiers - Uku Pacha, Kay Pacha, Hanan Pacha - are the three worlds of Inca cosmology, alongside the Jaguar and Alpaca. That heritage is also a commitment: 1% of membership payments supports Andean heritage causes (condorbox.ai/heritage).

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

CondorBox's answer:

Next.js and React on Google Cloud Run for the main platform; Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Cloud Functions for identity, data, and billing events; PostgreSQL (Cloud SQL) and Google Cloud Storage for application data and media; Astro for the CityFunIndex site; Stripe for payments. Yachay fine-tunes and serves commercially licensed open-source model families such as Llama and Phi on GPU infrastructure, and the platform's public APIs are plain HTTPS/JSON REST.
