For many years (more that a decade) codeproject.com used to be my home for publishing software architecture and development related articles. Now since codeproject is unfortunately unavailable (hopefully only temporarily) I plan to make Dev.To to be my software blog home possibly with mirrors at other software blog hosting web sites. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
Specifically I got scouted due to my contributions at codeproject.com but normally if you want to break into the field professionally, it's best to get some formal schooling if you want to be taken seriously and also don't want to be forever wrestling with fundamental holes in your knowledge. What remote sites are you using to search for jobs? If they are the most popular, most are saturated, there are so many people looking for jobs right now! I've been debating using a live answering service. I have a chat answering service called ngage. I'm OK with them but not impressed. What makes you like smith.ai so much? Source: over 3 years ago
Google Voice is a good option, especially on a budget. I'd just make sure that you are answering the phone every time! Especially if you are going to try running LSAs, or have a website, etc - not answering can negatively impact your results/rankings. If you are looking for coverage after-hours, smith.ai is also a good option, but may not be something you want to pay for. Source: over 3 years ago
No one really. Two lawyer partners and a bunch of virtual/independent paralegals, smith.ai answering service, an executive suite, etc. Source: almost 4 years ago
