Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Code Parcel and Guddle.net.

What makes your product unique?

Guddle.net's answer:

Guddle draws a line no other project tool draws: AI does the admin, humans keep the governance. The AI keeps your registers current, drafts your reports, and reviews your projects overnight to surface what you've missed — but it only ever proposes. Nothing commits without a person's approval, and every change (human or AI) is attributed and audit-trailed. On top of that, the PRINCE2 method is built into the product — stages, tolerances, risk/issue/quality registers, exception reporting — not bolted on as labels. And it's priced by project, not per person, so you're never taxed for involving your own team.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Guddle.net's answer:

It depends what you're comparing it to: vs generic boards (monday.com, ClickUp, Asana): those give you lists and cards; you rebuild the governance by hand every time. Guddle has the method — registers, stage gates, exception reporting — from the first minute. vs enterprise PPM (MS Project, Primavera): no per-seat pricing, no multi-week setup, no consultant. Describe your project in plain English and Guddle builds it. vs AI agent tools: those act unsupervised and forget you between sessions. Guddle's AI is proposal-only, permission-scoped, and on the record. Plus: free read-only viewers for clients and boards, client-branded PDF reports, and bring-your-own-AI.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Guddle.net's answer:

Small and mid-sized teams (roughly 10–200 people), UK and Europe first, who need real project governance without enterprise weight or price. That's project managers, PMOs, and fractional-PM / PMO consultancies who deliver governance for SME clients — plus any small team running structured or PRINCE2-style projects that has outgrown spreadsheets and generic task boards but can't justify heavyweight PPM software. Typically non-technical buyers who value method, audit trails and honest pricing.

What's the story behind your product?

Guddle.net's answer:

"Guddle" is a Scots word — to catch fish with your bare hands, and, fittingly, a lovely muddle. Projects tend to arrive as a guddle: plans in a spreadsheet, decisions in chat, risks in someone's head. Founder Craig McQueen built Guddle over the course of a year as an AI-native product from the ground up, to give small teams the structure of enterprise project governance without the bureaucracy or the price tag. The conviction behind it: the PRINCE2 method shouldn't evaporate the moment a project starts, and AI should do the administration a team hates — while people keep the judgement. Hence the line the whole product is built on: AI does the admin, you keep the governance.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Guddle.net's answer:

React Native & Expo — one codebase across web and mobile Supabase (PostgreSQL, authentication, row-level security, storage) Stripe for billing Anthropic's Claude, connected via MCP, for the AI/intelligence layer (bring-your-own-key supported) Vercel (hosting) and Sentry (monitoring)
