What makes your product unique?

Rubil's answer:

Rubil formats your voice differently depending on where you're writing. The same spoken words become a structured email in Gmail, a concise message in Slack, and document prose in Notion. Every other voice tool gives you the same output regardless of platform. Rubil also never rewrites your words. It formats them. Your vocabulary, your phrasing, your voice.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Rubil's answer:

Two reasons. First, platform-specific formatting across 20+ apps with zero configuration. Second, Rubil only formats what you said. Competitors increasingly rewrite and generate content on your behalf. If you want your messages to sound like you wrote them, Rubil is the only tool that guarantees that. Also: 1,000 free words per day, which is 3-4x more than any competitor's free tier.

Rubil's answer:

Knowledge workers who type 2-3 hours a day across email, chat, and documents. Project managers, customer success managers, recruiters, HR professionals, and anyone who writes 100+ messages daily across multiple platforms.

What's the story behind your product?

Rubil's answer:

I was dictating messages and spending more time typing than I liked. And no tool handled this formatting text for each app the way I liked it. So I built one.
