Onbookr was built out of frustration with the economics of existing booking tools.

Every platform either charged per seat โ€” meaning costs compounded with team size โ€” or took a percentage of each booking payment on top of a monthly subscription. For a professional taking 20+ bookings a month, that commission quietly adds up to hundreds of dollars a year.

The insight was simple: a booking platform should cost a flat, predictable amount and stay out of your revenue entirely. Onbookr was built on that principle โ€” one subscription, 0% commission, payments go directly to you.

The Razorpay integration came from a specific gap in the market: Indian coaches, tutors, and consultants had no scheduling tool built for their payment infrastructure. Onbookr is the first to support UPI and net banking natively.
