Obviously I'm talking about a company that goes beyond what a property manager does. I'm talking about something like Arrived Homes (https://arrived.com/) that can split the inherited property into shares and "buy out" any partial owner that wants out. Has anyone heard of this company? I just found out about it but its called Arrived. So far, they mostly seem to be dealing with properties in the Midwest and South.
