MemRadar tracks prices for 235 RAM and SSD products, with historical charts going back as far as 2015 for long-tracked kits. Every product page shows where the current price sits against its own history: all-time low and high, 90-day average, price per GB against the segment median, and a plain-English price analysis that distinguishes "cheap lately" from "cheap historically."

Prices update every few hours from licensed data sources (Amazon price history via Keepa, Newegg pricing via Rakuten Advertising). A capacity switcher lets you hop between the 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB versions of the same drive to compare value, and a Memory Price Index summarizes market-wide trends across DDR5, DDR4, NVMe, and SATA segments over 1-month to 1-year windows.

Free email price-drop alerts with no account required. No ads, no signup, no dark patterns. Built for PC builders deciding whether now is the time to buy.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing CloudZone and MemRadar.

What makes your product unique?

MemRadar's answer:

Depth of history in a narrow niche. MemRadar tracks only RAM and SSDs, but tracks them properly: some kits have price data going back to 2015, so you can see what a product cost before the memory price surge, not just what it cost last month. Every product page turns that history into a plain-English read on whether the current price is genuinely good or only good lately, which is a distinction that matters enormously in the current market.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

MemRadar's answer:

General price trackers cover millions of products and treat memory as one category among thousands. MemRadar covers 235 RAM and SSD products and nothing else, so the comparisons are specific: price per GB against the median for that product's segment, a capacity switcher to compare the 1TB against the 4TB of the same drive, and a market index showing how DDR5, DDR4, NVMe, and SATA are each moving. Prices come from licensed sources rather than scraping, and update every few hours. Free, no account, no ads.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

MemRadar's answer:

PC builders and upgraders who already know roughly what they want and are trying to time the purchase. They tend to be technical, skeptical of discount badges, and comfortable reading a chart. The most common question MemRadar answers is some version of "is this a fair price right now, or should I wait?"

What's the story behind your product?

MemRadar's answer:

I was shopping for a memory upgrade during the 2025-26 price surge and could not tell whether the kit in front of me was a bad price or just a bad market. Discount badges are calculated off inflated baselines, so they tell you nothing. I wanted real history for the specific product, and nothing focused on memory and storage existed, so I built it. It has grown into a two-retailer comparison with a market-wide price index, but the original question is still the one every page tries to answer.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

MemRadar's answer:

Static HTML generated per product, so every product has a real indexable page rather than client-side routing. Supabase for price history storage, Chart.js for the charts, GitHub Actions for scheduled price fetches, and Cloudflare in front. Price data is licensed from Keepa for Amazon history and comes via Rakuten Advertising's product feed for Newegg. Deliberately boring and fast.
