The Odds Gap's answer:

The Odds Gap was built by a solo founder in Michigan who got tired of paying -110 at his sportsbook for bets an exchange was quietly pricing better, and realized almost nobody line shops because checking 19 books and 4 exchanges by hand is miserable. So he built the thing that checks, with every exchange fee baked in and the best price flagged automatically. It has grown into a full free toolkit, built in public, on one principle: math, not picks. The site never tells you what to bet, only where the same bet pays more.

A Python (Flask) backend with a SQLite datastore, deployed on Railway with continuous deploys from GitHub. The front end is server-rendered HTML with vanilla JavaScript, shipped as an installable PWA with push notifications. Live odds come from The Odds API plus direct exchange APIs (Kalshi, Polymarket, ProphetX, and Novig). Supporting pieces include a Python Discord bot, transactional email, Google Analytics 4, and a Capacitor-based iOS build.

It compares live prices across 19 sportsbooks and 4 exchanges (Kalshi, Polymarket, ProphetX, and Novig) on every moneyline, spread, total, and player prop, and flags the best number with each exchange's trading fee already baked into the price you see, so you are comparing what you would actually get rather than a raw quote. It is math, not picks: no touts and no premium tips, just where the same bet pays the most, backed by a full toolkit (hedge finder, arbitrage and middle scanners, DFS grading, a bet tracker with automatic closing line value, a profit-boost wallet, and 11 calculators).
